She mentions Elon Musk briefly, but talks more about Gates. My understanding is that Musk is trying to warn us about this impending problem, while at the same time empowering us to resist it by making the technology readily available to the public before it can be monopolized. Not sure if this lady shares that assessment. Gates, on the other hand seems to be an instigator of the controlled engineering project. I'm going to pay attention to both of them.
